  Building: Steve Balhorn House Port Albert

Overview: Port Albert has become increasingly popular as an investment and development area which will see increasing change in what is one of Victoria's earliest ports. The area has a stunning system of protected navigable waterways and borders on the Nooramungar Coastal Park. Steve is a Port Albert local who is building close to the water facing towards the entrance.

Steve's house is in an  area with a Heritage Zone that restricts shapes and claddings to an historical perspective. Radcon Straight-edge are a natural choice in this situation. New pictures will be added as the project progresses.
