Overview: Set in the  Hunter Valley, Lindeman's Pokolbin winery buildings have been refurbished in a modern style  that enhances their historic nature.

Natural edge weatherboards and vertical bevelled boards line internal and external walls of the courtyard areas blending with original and recycled structural timbers. External claddings have been left uncoated.

Extensive areas of internal ceiling have been lined in 19mm bevelled boards in 60, 80,and 100mm widths. The boards have been finished with an acrylic lacquer to compliment the polished floors and bench tops.
