Overview: James Lauritz is a professional photographer and works from his home studio. James and his family had lived in an older house on the block but decided to build "an inner city beach house" because they loved the idea of using a cladding that would continue to change in colour and texture as the weather and seasons change. The main product used was beveled board and batten cladding with New Deck for an upper floor balcony and screen.
